Thank you for maintaining your account with Shell Fleet Solutions. This is to inform you that there is a planned system maintenance activity scheduled between 11:00 PM 19th November 2020 and 4:00 PM 22nd November 2020. Please note that during this period,
You will not be able to:
- Place a request via generalcardrequests-pk@shell.com or Shell Fleet Hub for new shell card ordering
- Place a request via generalcardrequests-pk@shell.com or Shell Fleet Hub for shell card limit revision
- Place a request via generalcardrequests-pk@shell.com or Shell Fleet Hub for permanently blocking shell card
However,
you will be able to:
1. Place a request via calling our dedicated Customer Service Center (CSC) at 021-111-345-543 to temporarily block shell card. However please note that to permanently block shell card, you will need to place a request after the scheduled maintenance activity is over, via email to
generalcardrequests-pk@shell.com.
All operations will resume as per normal after 4:00 PM 22nd November 2020. We continuously strive to enhance the security and safety of our systems in order to serve you better and regular maintenance of our systems helps us to deliver to you an even more seamless fueling experience via the shell card.
