1. This promotional offer (“Offer”) is organized by Wafi Energy Pakistan Limited (“WEPL”).
2. This is a limited time Offer, valid from 16^th Feb 2026 to 16^th April 2026, both dates inclusive. WEPL reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Offer at any time, for any reason whatsoever, without prior notice or incurring any liability.
3. Participation in this Offer shall be deemed to constitute unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions (“Terms”) and any decisions taken by WEPL in its sole discretion, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Offer.
4. The Offer applies exclusively to purchases of 3-litre and 4-litre packs of Shell Helix HX3, HX6, HX7+, Ultra (the “Products”).
5. Each eligible Product pack shall contain a QR code and a scratchable label bearing a unique 9-digit numeric code.
6. To participate, customers must:

(i) Scan the QR code on the pack to initiate a form;

(ii) Scratch the label to reveal the 9-digit code; and

(iii) Fill the form with their basic details and the 9-digit code.

1. Upon successful verification of the code, customers shall receive a one-time reward (‘Reward’), subject to availability, which shall comprise either: (i) mobile balance, to be credited directly to the customer’s mobile number; or (ii) a Food Panda voucher.
2. Consumers who provide their basic details shall have an opportunity to win a model Ferrari, subject to applicable terms, conditions, and availability
3. Only two Rewards per mobile number shall be issued during the Offer Period.
4. Each code is valid for single use only. Tampered, mutilated, duplicate, expired, illegible, or previously redeemed codes shall not be accepted.
5. Rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash or any other item.
6. WEPL reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the code and the corresponding purchase, including requiring proof of purchase.
7. WEPL may disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process or engaging in any form of fraud, cheating, or abuse of the Offer.
8. Rewards shall be sent only to valid Pakistani mobile numbers and can take up to seventy-two (72) hours from successful code validation to be processed.
9. WEPL shall bear no responsibility for delays, technical failures, or unsuccessful transfers arising from incorrect data provided by the customer or telecom operator issues.
10. By participating, customers consent to the collection, processing, storage, and use of their personal data by WEPL for the purpose of administering the Offer and for promotional or marketing purposes. WEPL reserves the right to publish or announce the names and/or photographs of participants or winners on digital or other media platforms without further compensation.
11. WEPL may, at its sole discretion, alter, suspend, withdraw, or update any aspect of the Offer or these Terms without prior notice.
12. In the event of any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Offer, the decision of WEPL shall be final, conclusive, and binding on all participants. Participants hereby waive any right to contest or challenge such decisions in any forum.
13. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Terms and any other promotional or marketing material, these Terms shall prevail.
14. This Offer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
15. WEPL, its affiliates, employees, agents, directors, and representatives, shall not be liable for any loss, damage, claim, or injury of any nature whatsoever arising out of or in connection with participation in the Offer or use of the Reward. WEPL makes no warranty or representation, express or implied, regarding the quality, suitability, or availability of the Reward.
16. WEPL shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance of any of its obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure is due to events beyond its reasonable control including, but not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, war, acts of terrorism, or governmental restrictions.
17. WEPL shall have full and exclusive rights over the administration, conduct, modification, and withdrawal of the Offer at its sole discretion. By participating, customers expressly acknowledge and agree that WEPL may fully withdraw or terminate the Offer at any time, without assigning any reason, and without incurring any liability or obligation towards any participant.
