Shell will launch a new promotion in collaboration with Ferrari and the LEGO Group. The unique range of limited edition LEGO models and LEGO Minifigures will be available in Pakistan with the purchase of a pack of Shell Helix Synthetic Motor Oil and a minimum of 10 liters of Shell Super.

GUJRANWALA, September 30, 2013: Shell Pakistan opened its newest fuelling station last week as part of ongoing plans to extend its network of stations and ensure fuelling services are accessible across the country. Omar Sheikh, Chairman & MD Shell Pakistan inaugurated the new GIFT Filling Station which is located near Lohianwala bypass on Sialkot Road, at the Gujranwala city exit. This station will cater to the needs of local residents, government offices, schools and universities in Gujranwala as well as commuters travelling between Sialkot and Gujranwala.

KARACHI, September 15, 2013: 20,000 car and motorcycle enthusiasts gathered at Port Grand in Karachi to view a diverse showcase of over 250 vehicles. The vehicles hailed from a variety of categories including vintage, classic, sports, exotic, luxury, SUV, bikes, trikes and project & modified vehicles. Some of the event’s highlight was a 2012 Formula 1 Ferrari model car brought in by Shell especially for this event and the Rolls Royce 2013. This event was the first time a racing car of this calibre has been brought to Pakistan for public viewing.

RAWALPINDI - May 19, 2013: Top universities from Pakistan unveiled their hand-built fuel-efficient vehicles for the Shell Eco-marathon Asia at a launch ceremony held at NUST in Rawalpindi. This event has put Pakistani teams on track for the competition at the Sepang F-1 track in Kuala Lumpur in July 2013. There, they will compete with over 130 teams from 16 countries to see whose vehicle can go the farthest on one litre of fuel.

New Shell scenarios sharpen focus on future for society, energy

The Hague, Feb. 28, 2013 – Shell today released new scenarios that explore two possible ways the 21st century could unfold, with dramatically different implications for society and the world’s energy system. One scenario sees cleaner-burning natural gas becoming the most important energy source globally by the 2030s and early action to limit carbon dioxide emissions. The other sees solar becoming the top source by about 2070, but with slower action to address the threat of climate change.
