System Transition & Downtime (15th Oct 2020 – 18th Oct 2020)

As we prepare to deliver to you the best digital experience via our one-stop online-solution, Shell Fleet Hub, we would like to inform you that due to our portal transition, our systems will have limited functionality starting from 15th October 2020 to 18th October 2020.

During 15th October 2020 to 18th October 2020 you will NOT be able to:

  • Revise limits of your Shell Card via email, call or via Shell Fleet Hub
  • Order new Shell Cards via email, call or via Shell Fleet Hub
  • Place new Site Restrictions on your Shell Card via email, call or via Shell Fleet Hub
  • Check your remaining Shell Card balance via email, call or via Shell Fleet Hub

Our systems will be fully restored and ready to serve you again from 19th October 2020 onwards.

We appreciate your cooperation in this regard and are eagerly awaiting to deliver to you a word-class digital experience via Shell Fleet Hub very soon!

Shell Card System Maintenance and Services Downtime

Dear Valued Customer,

Thank you for maintaining your account with Shell Fleet Solutions. This is to inform you that there is a planned system maintenance activity scheduled between 06:00 AM 8th August 2020 and 4:00 PM 9th August 2020. Please note that during this period,

You will not be able to:

  1. Place a request via generalcardrequests-pk@shell.com or Shell Fleet Hub for new shell card ordering
  2. Place a request via generalcardrequests-pk@shell.com or Shell Fleet Hub for shell card limit revision
  3. Place a request via generalcardrequests-pk@shell.com or Shell Fleet Hub for permanently blocking shell card

However, you will be able to:

  1. Place a request via calling our dedicated Customer Service Center (CSC) at 021-111-345-543 to temporarily block shell card. However please note that to permanently block shell card, you will need to place a request after the scheduled maintenance activity is over, via email to generalcardrequests-pk@shell.com.

All operations will resume as per normal after 4:00 PM on 9th August 2020. We continuously strive to enhance the security and safety of our systems in order to serve you better and regular maintenance of our systems helps us to deliver to you an even more seamless fueling experience via the shell card.
