Shell Pakistan’s COVID-19 Response

Shell Pakistan puts the health and safety of our people and customers on top priority. COVID-19 is a global pandemic and everybody has to play their part diligently. As a responsible corporate citizen, Shell Pakistan will continue to follow the directions received from the Government of Pakistan to deal with the situation. 

To play it’s part in making sure that the fuel needs of the country are met, Shell Pakistan will continue to operate its fuel stations and Select stores, while following safety standards.

The safety and well-being of our employees matter to us. Flexible working arrangements and virtual counseling services are made available to our employees.

For our customers

Amidst the challenges, we strive to continue providing vital energy products to our customers that fuel your journey and transport essential goods and services. To ensure safe, ongoing operations, our facilities and locations are being operated by limited business-critical staff, organized on a rota system.

In accordance with Government directives, Shell Pakistan will be keeping fuel stations operational and supplied. We are taking the necessary precautions at our fuel stations and Select stores to ensure safety of our staff and customers. We frequently disinfect high touchpoints, such as door handles, shopping baskets, chiller handles, credit card and ATM machines, among others.

Retailers and Service Champions have been advised and trained to:

  • Wash hands or use hand sanitizer frequently
  • Maintain physical distance from colleagues and customers
  • Avoid touching face
  • Advise customers to use hand sanitizers upon entering Select stores

We continue to monitor the situation closely and follow advice from public health and country authorities to help ensure the well-being of our employees and customers.
