My passion to create a work environment in which people feel inspired, safe, and fulfilled complements Shell's core values of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Being a member of Shell Pakistan's Leadership Team and a strong advocate for women empowerment, I sponsor the Shell Women's Network in Pakistan (Uraan) in an effort to make Shell an organization which promotes and incorporates initiatives to achieve gender parity at the workplace and boardrooms.

As an organization, we strive to provide an environment where employees feel valued, included, and able to nurture their talent. Through our people-related initiatives, we seek to promote flexibility and inclusivity, so that each of our colleagues can bring their most productive selves to work every day.

Our goal of Powering Progress in Pakistan is what fuels Shell Pakistan's DE&I agenda ultimately resulting in a diverse team of professionals.
